PRICES AND PAYMENT
Each item is listed with its price including VAT. The shopping cart shows the total price including all taxes, VAT, shipping and payment. Payment terms are indicated in the shopping cart depending on the chosen payment method.
Shipping methods can be selected in the shopping cart. 179 SEK within Sweden and free of charge to pick up the item in store. Shipping outside Sweden costs SEK 750.
RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL
If you change your mind about your product or if it did not meet your expectations, please contact us by email before making your return. Your right of withdrawal (withdrawal period) is valid for one week (7 days). Please note that the right of withdrawal does not apply to sale items. If you wish to return your item, send us an email at info@brandfind.se with your details, name, address, email, phone number and order number together with a clear specification of the product you want to return. The withdrawal period starts on the day you received the product.
You have no right of withdrawal if the goods are damaged.
When you have exercised your right of withdrawal:
You are obliged to keep the goods in as good a condition as when you received them. You must not use it, but of course carefully examine it. If the product is damaged or lost due to your negligence, you will lose your right of withdrawal. Please send the item within 3 days after we have processed your return. You are responsible for any damage or loss of packages during transportation. Please make sure you pack your order well, in the same condition as it was delivered, using the original carton. Attach the tracking number of your return.
You are responsible for the return shipping of the package.
AGE LIMIT
Brandfind does not process orders for people under the age of 18, as the law requires you to be 18 to enter into a contract.
SERVICE
For up to one year after the date of purchase, we can offer leather finishing on all our bags purchased from us at Brandfind. You choose whether to send your item to us or visit the store for your treatment. You are responsible for the shipping back and forth to the store.
You always have the right to come back to our store and exchange your purchased (bought from us Brandfind Sverige AB) bag with us for another one. You are responsible for the difference in cost.
PRIVATE POLICY
When you place your order with us, you provide your personal data. In connection with your registration and order, you agree that we store and use your information in our business to fulfill the agreement with you. Under the Personal Data Act, you have the right to receive the information we have registered about you. If it is incorrect, incomplete or irrelevant, you can request that the information be corrected or deleted. In this case, please contact us by e-mail to info@brandfind.se.
DELIVERIES
Delivery time is normally 2-5 working days. Unclaimed goods will be returned to us. For all packages that are not redeemed, we reserve the right to charge you costs for return shipping, handling fee and handling fee, currently 200:-.
RETURNS
Returns are at your own expense unless the item is defective or we have packed it incorrectly. Returns should be sent by letter or parcel, not by cash on delivery.
Once you have exercised your right of withdrawal, you must send or return your goods to us within 3 days.
Repayment obligation:
If you have exercised your right of withdrawal, we will refund the money you have paid for the goods as soon as possible or at the latest within 30 days from the day we received the goods or the notice of withdrawal. You must pay the costs of returning the goods when you send them back. As a consumer, you are responsible for all shipping costs.
